Our reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. The hotel is staffed during these hours.
Check-in after 17:00 is possible, provided all steps of the online check-in have been completed.
After 17:00, our partner hotel Ocean House Scheveningen is available at +31 (0)70 200 2499.
Check-out
The latest check-out time on the day of departure is 11:00. Earlier check-out is always possible.
Parking
We recommend parking at De Zuid car park in Zandvoort, about 850 metres (an 11-minute walk) from the hotel. Note: paid street parking applies from 10:00 to 22:00.
Reservations
You can cancel your reservation free of charge depending on the booked rate:
• Flexible 5-day cancellation: free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in.
• Flexible 14-day cancellation: free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.
• Non-refundable rate: not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and do not contact us, you will be considered a 'no-show'. The full amount will be charged.

Yes, each room has its own secured Wi-Fi with a unique password.
Yes, the hotel has a lift that stops at every floor. We also have a room suitable for guests with a disability; please contact us to reserve it.
We have several baby cots that can be added to your reservation free of charge.
The hotel is entirely smoke-free.
Yes, pets are welcome at Ocean House Zandvoort, with a maximum of one dog per room. You can add your dog for €25 per night, or book the dog package with your dog included. Let us know when booking and bring your dog's own bed and bowls. From 1 October to 15 April, dogs may also run free on Zandvoort beach all day — see our deals too.
